Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your Share On Magic™ item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@shareonmagic.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as customized products or gift cards. For example, if you opt for personalized or engraved items, we are unable to offer a refund once the customization is completed. If you have any questions, reach out to hello@shareonmagic.com.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your existing item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
